The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access  
to or use of our Services will be the courts located in the city of Johannesburg, in the Republic  
of South Africa.  
Should SMOOLINK FORWARDING (PTY) LTD fail to insist at any time on strict performance of  
any of the User’s obligations under these Terms and related contracts, this shall not be  
construed to be a waiver of such rights and shall not relieve the User from compliance with  
such obligations. A waiver of any one default should not be interpreted as a condonation of any  
other or further defaults.
